It’s April and with the warmer weather that means it’s time to get outside! In the coming weeks two of the city’s favourite activities are happening. First up is the Cherry Blossoms (and not just in High Park), which are predicted to bloom between the end of April and early May. The Cabbagetown Forsythia Festival, however, will definitely be happening on May 4!
As for the market, the Bank of Canada held the key rate steady after 7 consecutive rate reductions! As we can see from the number of new listings, sellers are still optimistic about the market, but what will it take for the buyers to come back?
