Sales activity in Toronto remained relatively steady in August, while fewer homes came to market compared to last year. With less new inventory available, well-priced properties may start to see a little more competition.
Prices are still below last year’s levels overall, but if buyer confidence continues to improve and inventory stays tighter, the market could begin to shift.
