With spring slowly starting to show up, it’s the time of year when many of us feel ready for a bit of a reset. Whether that means opening the windows, clearing out a few crowded spaces, or simply getting your home feeling a little more in order, this season always seems to bring that fresh-start energy.
The February housing market was fairly consistent with what we’ve been seeing – slower overall, due in part to hesitant buyers and in part to the deep freeze. As the weather warms up, we’ll likely start to see more listings come to market and, hopefully, more buyers stepping back in as well.
